The foundation of the group was laid in 1923. Today more than 500 employees in over 30 companies are realizing for our customers under the roof of the Polyplan group - a family business, already in the 4th generation - sustainable projects in the sector of building technologies. 

The Genuel Ltd. was founded in 2010 as a spin-off and concentrates since its foundation on missions with the following activities: General designer, total contractor, general contractor, global designer for holistic and complex building technologies (electrics, heating, ventilation, cooling, air conditioning, sanitary, security, fire protection, doors, building automation, IT and communication).

The corporation has a stock capital of CHF 200’000 and disposes of an insurance cover of CHF 30 mill. and a coverage for building damages and financial losses of CHF 5 mill.

Genuel plans, projects and realizes for your company intelligent solutions for building technologies (HVAC, sanitary, electrics, building automation, ICT, security, data centers).  We assure the appropriateness, the use of best practice technologies such as the building information modeling (BIM) as well as the economic efficiency, with emphasis on quality and on your advantage.
